Usually for me, and I've heard accounts of others, during the waking day, we'll do, hear, see something which sparks the memory. I've never heard of intense physical activity, but that sounds good. Try repeating it every day, or whenever, to see if the results are the same. To increase recall though, writing down what you do during the waking day helps, and how much effort you put into writing down the dream. Repeating a mantra as you fall asleep works too! |
