you should read the home page and read the tutorials on the forum, they explain what to do. I don't know what polyphasic sleeping is....
Yeah I know....I am asking what to do for POLYPHASIC sleep....
Which is sleeping multiple times in one day. Basically I take 6 naps a day, each are a duration of 20 minutes. I get 2 hours of sleep in total, and my body survives :D
I don't know if you can get much dreams with only 2 hours of sleep a day. I don't think you can dream if you have only 20 min. of sleep in each nap, you have to reach REM sleep, but i may be wrong.
Well, I got nothing so good luck and hope someone with more experience with polyphasic sleep post.
Since you are only 13 years old it may not be a good idea to sleep only 2h per day (6 nap) your body is growing fast and it need a lot of rest. I'm not sure if I get the time dilation thing correctly, but if you want to dream more just sleep more really... Work on some technique (WBTB if you are starting or WILD DILD ...) at the end it will be rewarded and it's not harmful this way.
Maybe when you are older this could be something to try out:P it's said that with this method your body enter REM cycle immediately (good for WILD)
But since you already got the job done... I think you should do some mantras before each nap (I will soon be dreaming or what ever you want) and you should work on WILD since your body tend to fall asleep quickly and directly into REM cycle
What sort of 13 year old can nap 6 times a day. Don't you go to school? Polyphasic sounds unhealthy to me...not to mention, a bit neurotic. People are very well adapted to normal sleep times...through thousands of years of evolution. We have this really complex internal biological clock for a reason. But of course, do what you like.
Yeah but are only 13 and your body need at least 2hours in deep sleep cycle and unfortunately this technique provide almost only REM sleep witch is good for the mind but your body will greatly suffer. seriously keep this technique for when you are older you don't want to be 5 foot at 18YO. This is for your health... don't trade it for a couple of dreams...
Actually, I know of people who sleeps only 2hours/day and then spend entire days sleeping after because of the lack of sleep, make your naps longer if you don't want to end in a semi-coma.
Also, time dilation won't work for you unless you can WILD at will, and your dreams will be short anyway, and from self experience, time dilation has a limit, one which won't satisfy you, since 20mins of a full lucid would at much last half an hour.
