Since you are only 13 years old it may not be a good idea to sleep only 2h per day (6 nap) your body is growing fast and it need a lot of rest. I'm not sure if I get the time dilation thing correctly, but if you want to dream more just sleep more really... Work on some technique (WBTB if you are starting or WILD DILD ...) at the end it will be rewarded and it's not harmful this way. |
