How to have a dream in 10min.
[size=24]I've discovered how to have a dream in 10 min
How often do you wake up for school in the morning and groan, "i wish i could have just one more hour of sleep!" I know i do every morning. That's how i discovered this:
First off, every night before i go to sleep, i now set my alarm clock for 4:00am. This way, when i wake up at 4, i say to myself as usual, "i wish i could have one more hour of sleep" and i can. So for me, it feels like i got an extra 2 hours of sleep, when really i didn't. I kind of "trick" my mind into being more refreshed, because now when i wake up, i sort of feel like i got extra sleep.
As time went on, i felt like i wanted more sleep. So i set my alarm clock in intervals of 30 min. I set it for 4:00am-wake up, want more sleep-set clock for 4:30am-wake up, want more sleep, set clock for 5:00am-wake up, want more sleep. after 5 oclock, i then started setting it in intervals of 15 min. so i set the clock for 5:15am-wake up, want more sleep, and so on until about 5:40, then i set it in intervals of 10 min until it's 6:00am by that time, i'm so sick of setting my alarm that i just wake up. (i guess it helps me get up in the morning) But i realize, even though i only got 10 min of sleep, i can still have a full dream. WHY IS THAT?
I've discovered how to have a dream in 10 min...rather than nearly 4-5 hours to get to REM period and have a dream.

This reads like symptoms of an addiction... as time goes on the amount that used to do it for you doesn't do it anymore and you need more and more and more and more until finally it controls you.
No offense meant; just an observation I had.
