I'm so out of it now that I can't even write down my dreams. I mean, I wake up, I remember them, I even think to myself, *\"I should write this down\", but I'm just so overwhelmingly tired I cannot do it. Are there any methods to force myself to write down my dreams?
What i am doing, is when i wake up in the morning, i just think through my dreams in my head as i get up and get dressed and stuff... I make sure i can remember it until later, in the afternoon, when i can write it down.
