Some Lucid Dream Help?

Ok, So I got into lucid dreaming around February and had maybe one or two lucid dreams and began having 1-3 dreams a night. When summer started I stopped trying to lucid dream/write down dreams and I was still having atleast 1 dream every night with a lucid dream here and there. Every single time (being like 2-3 times) I did the RC this summer I would look straight up try to fly and break through the ceiling but I don't manage to break through and I wake up right away. Any tips on being more stable and calm and getting back into lucid dreaming?

Tell yourself to stabilize and activate your senses before you do ANYTHING else. Your own willpower is the key, pay 100$ in a jar if you disobey your own rules you set up. Just start doing it being positive and you'll be back on track in no time :)
