Ok, So I got into lucid dreaming around February and had maybe one or two lucid dreams and began having 1-3 dreams a night. When summer started I stopped trying to lucid dream/write down dreams and I was still having atleast 1 dream every night with a lucid dream here and there. Every single time (being like 2-3 times) I did the RC this summer I would look straight up try to fly and break through the ceiling but I don't manage to break through and I wake up right away. Any tips on being more stable and calm and getting back into lucid dreaming? |
