Hey so I've been a member here for a long time and have always struggled with getting lucid dreams.
Today I woke up at around 12pm, and it's almost 7pm now, would it be a good idea for me to go lay down and try to WILD or have a nap and hope for a DILD? Even if I'm not successful, it'll make it easier for me during the night, won't it?
Opinions? xD
I would go to sleep normal time and try waking up naturally in the middle of the night, awakening yourself and going back to sleep to WILD. This method is the only one that consistently works for me, the evening one has only worked once when I was really tired and the dream ended soon anyway.
Ah, okay. It's just that I've been doing this on and off for 2 years and I've really only had 3 lucids, and those lucids weren't even proper, I just realised I was dreaming and then woke up. I'm willing to try anything xDQuote:
