Hey so I've been a member here for a long time and have always struggled with getting lucid dreams.

Today I woke up at around 12pm, and it's almost 7pm now, would it be a good idea for me to go lay down and try to WILD or have a nap and hope for a DILD? Even if I'm not successful, it'll make it easier for me during the night, won't it?
