The problem with OBE's, as the latest expert, Robert Bruce ( \"Astral Dynamics\" -- some very good concepts and intellectual models, with just a modicum of filler and new age hewey), points out is that the Memory stays with the Astral Body. with OBE's as well as with Dreaming, the first problem to be overcome is RECALL.
If one intends to practice OBE Recall, then the method is to take baby steps -- resolve only to just exit the body, get across the room and REMEMBER looking at something and immediately going back to the Body to file the MEMORY into the Conscious Memory. That will eventually open up the circuitry that allows for OBE Recall.
Wow that's interesting... But I don't know when I'm OBEing until I've suddenly come back to reality and jerked in bed, so how can I realize I'm not there when I do, I'll "come back"?
