I think you couldn't do it with that big a time gap. 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM is 10 hours gap. Far too big for anything except biphasic. Can you do a 20 min nap at work? If not sorry. I doubt you could. Maybe everyman 2?

Hmm yeah.. World would be cooler if everyone were polyphasic like cats xD
There's a 30 minute lunch break in the middle... But it would be rather difficult to consistently crawl somewhere to sleep during that time though.

heck... I'll do everyman 2, hmm I wish I'd have shorter workdays.
Just a note, everyman 2 is good for work and such but it adds upto 5.2 hours of sleep which is not much less than biphasic totalling at 6 hours. I also believe biphasic is 1000 times easier to adapt to than everyman 2 which can take a month to fully adapt to. That's just what I've heard. You could do a 4.5 hour core before work and 1.5 hour core sometime after it.
