Waking up in the night naturally.
So this is my second time posting this, the first was before I found out the forum was hacked.
I'm pretty sure I could get lucid every night if I could only wake up in the middle of the night naturally (and notice it). The first time I tried I didn't have a problem, but now I'm not doing so well. So can I get some of your best methods on waking up if you have any?
For autosuggestion, what affirmations do you use? How close to falling asleep do you do them? Do you try to keep a certain feeling going? And lastly, does giving yourself a specific time to wake up help you?
