Im wonderwin is it dangerous.I mean can you addict to this?Or worse...Can your get mad from this,even in the real live to think you're in the dream,even after all reality cheks.And most importang... Can you stop Lucid Dreaming when you start to feel that this is getting out of control?
I don't believe lucid dreaming is dangerous. I think someone would have to already be pretty crazy in real life, or on some serious illegal drugs, to think you are dreaming when you're not.
You can definitely learn to stop a lucid dream if you don't like where it's going. Alot of folks who have recurring nightmares in fact, learn to become lucid so that they can either improve the dream, or stop it completely. I think there's a section here on waking up from nightmares? I'll check real quick.

You can't make yourself dream more often than you already do, naturally, so it is impossible to get too carried away. You are going to dream, no matter what you do. Might as well make the most of it, right? :)
If you don't like it, you can always stop. Anytime you stop actively trying to remember your dreams, they go back to normal. Anyone who has taken a long break can tell you, your dream recall goes back to crap soon after you stop putting in the effort.
Lucid dreaming is about knowing the diffirence between dreaming and reality, better than a normal person. Thus, a lucid dreamer will easily be able to remove all doubt about being awake.Quote:
