So I went to sleep around 03:00 and woke up after like 5 hours which is quite normal for me. Then I started to sleep again, but my body like froze and I couldn't move or do anything. After 5 seconds it ended and the same thing happened like 2 hours after when I woke up again. What happened?
Sleep paralysis
It's called REM Atonia. When you dream, your body paralyzes itself so you don't start acting out your dreams. When you woke up you were still in that paralysis state..nothing to worry about! :)
It came when I started to sleep after waking up, can I use that to lucid dream?

Waking up in sleep paralysis is very common :P
Gonna try wild next time I wake up again, but I always get scared of the noises :D
