What happened to me this morning?

So I went to sleep around 03:00 and woke up after like 5 hours which is quite normal for me. Then I started to sleep again, but my body like froze and I couldn't move or do anything. After 5 seconds it ended and the same thing happened like 2 hours after when I woke up again. What happened?

It's called REM Atonia. When you dream, your body paralyzes itself so you don't start acting out your dreams. When you woke up you were still in that paralysis state..nothing to worry about!

Ahh okay, if it started after you tried falling back asleep then that's sleep paralysis.

Yes...you can get a lucid dream by SP! Techniques like WILD, CAN-WILD, FILD, etc. all require you to get into SP in order to get into a dream. Read this WILD tutorial to get a better understanding on how to get into a dream from SP. Good luck getting lucid!

You had sleep paralysis, which you will probably have many times more if you continue to LD.
