I started trying to have lucid dreams since 5 may. After 1 month of doing reality checks everyday,keeping a dream journal, writing down mantras, being confident everynight, Visualizing my dream before I fall asleep, attempting the WBTB Methode.. I still didn't have one :d. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.. Every morning when I wake up I feel stupid why I didn't become lucid after how weird that dream was. There are some mornings I remember 3-4 dreams and other days I remember none/1. I think I need to increase my awareness in real life, but how do I do that? Anyone got tips to get lucid with Reality checks/MILD/WBTB? And I also wanna know how long it took for you to have your first Lucid dream? I won't give up though. ^^
