I have stumbled among some very good lucid dreaming books over the time I have decided to tackle lucid dreaming. The first one you probably already heard of

Whats the second one like, is it very basic or does it cover new methods etc
The second one covers how lucid dreaming and Tibetan dream yoga go together. It sounds like its advanced but it is really very easy. I am only half-way through the book and I have already had a lucid dream last night because of one of the new techniques.

That second one looks really interesting! I got into lucid dreaming at the start of January, the exact same time as I discovered meditation, so this looks perfect. I've also been thinking I should start reading something dream-related to keep my interest/motivation levels up, therefore improving my chances of becoming lucid (I'm still not very good at it!).
Is it only available to buy? Or is it one of those books at has a pdf floating around somewhere online?

Glad you appreciate it! I always try to read something about lucid dreams because just opening the book increases my chance of becoming lucid. Especially durring a WBTB. :DQuote:
