Whats the second one like, is it very basic or does it cover new methods etc |

I have stumbled among some very good lucid dreaming books over the time I have decided to tackle lucid dreaming. The first one you probably already heard of |

The second one covers how lucid dreaming and Tibetan dream yoga go together. It sounds like its advanced but it is really very easy. I am only half-way through the book and I have already had a lucid dream last night because of one of the new techniques. |

That second one looks really interesting! I got into lucid dreaming at the start of January, the exact same time as I discovered meditation, so this looks perfect. I've also been thinking I should start reading something dream-related to keep my interest/motivation levels up, therefore improving my chances of becoming lucid (I'm still not very good at it!). |
