Lucid Dreaming Metrics
I am really curious to know if anyone else here graphs or measures their lucid dreams and compares them to other variables.
For instance, I have maintained a 'lucid scale' where I rank my degree of lucidity in my most lucid dream every night on a scale of 1-20, where 10 represents the threshold of fully realizing I am in a dream and everything above represents sustained lucidity or my ability to import waking concepts/goals.
The following is two of the graphs I am maintaining. Anyone maintaining anything similar? I'd love to know. :)

What do you compare your data to? Do you also keep data on sleep times, diet, level of activity during the day, stress, etc,?
