Are you supposed to wake up in the middle of the night when you do MILD? if you are supposed to wake up in the middle of the night, what do I do?

Yes, you can do a WBTB + a MILD

When I WBTB I like listen binaural beats while reading something.

You can, but you don't have to. Some people who practice MILD like to use WBTB because it makes MILD more effective, but it's not required.

I think Laberge's original MILD method had you wake in the middle of the night. I don't have EWOLD with me right now.
