One dilemma - question for experts I guess :)
So, I have been playing with lucid dreaming for about 2 months now, more or less seriously, I dream lucid 1-3 days per week.
But I still cannot tell why lucid dreams are so different sometimes. I know that there are more levels of lucidity, but what about that please:
1. Dreams yesterday. I found myself in my bedroom. I realise immediately I am dreaming. The surrounding is very intense, the feeling is overwhelming, it is totally as being awake in real life, but 10 times more intense. I guess you know what I am talking about. :) There is dark in the room, so I use my mind power to open the curtains and there is light. But that was all I could do, no more power left to do what I would want, to go out, so dreams become ordinary nonlucid dreams.
2. Dreams today. I am not alerting myself that I am dreaming, dreams are not intense, they are just like regular dreams, BUT. This time I could control everything. Just as I wanted them to go, but they were not strong feeling in them at all, I didnt even realise I am so happy that I can do what I am doing, it wasnt like living a dream it was like seeing a movie that I wrote and produced.
So were they both lucid dreams and how come they were so different if both lucid?
Thanks.
