good luck :)
MASSIVE FAIL :( Anxiety dream, didn't realise I was dreaming, back to the drawing board I guess :(
Hey, hey, hey! Take a deep breath and relax. Getting lucid isn't guaranteed even if you're taking supplements. It's a bit random in the beginning and especially if you've just started practicing you'll have to endure alot of failed attempts. You'll get it right one day though, so make sure you stick to the techniques and keep your hopes up. Why not turn this thread into a daily thing? I'd write down my adventure in my DJ, but if you want I can change the name of this thread to something else.
Keep on dreaming!
Yeah, sure, change it to 'Secret Diary of a Lucid Learner' :)
Sorry, just re-read my last comment, it appears sarcastic, (it isn't), please change the title as suggested, and thanks :)
I had one of my underlings do it for me, you're welcome ;)
Failed again, 2 anxiety dreams without realisation that I was in a dream, I'm wondering if re-creating the circumstances that led to my original lucid dream would help, its my final night shift of the week tonight so its my last chance to do so for three weeks, any advice would be welcome :)
Failed again, 2 more anxiety dreams (about work again, I need to get out more), had no control of them or any realisation that they were dreams, maybe Monday was my peak moment.
Anyone getting the impression that I give up too easily? :)
Good luck!
Just stick to one technique, and keep practicing it. Getting lucid takes more than just a few attempts. You have to stay dedicated to one technique for a month, 2 months, or even more. Just don't give up on it! It takes time and practice, but in the end...it's worth it. :)
