Really good dream recall - what method is best for me?
Like the title says, I have a really good dream recall. Maybe not as good as some of you guys, but without any practice (awareness, meditation and such) I have ~ 28 dreams recalls per week.
That being said, what do you guys think is the best method for me? I was thinking about DILD and King Yoshi's method, since being a full time student doesn't really allow me to experiment with stuff and take afternoon naps and such.
