      Really good dream recall - what method is best for me?

      Like the title says, I have a really good dream recall. Maybe not as good as some of you guys, but without any practice (awareness, meditation and such) I have ~ 28 dreams recalls per week.

      That being said, what do you guys think is the best method for me? I was thinking about DILD and King Yoshi's method, since being a full time student doesn't really allow me to experiment with stuff and take afternoon naps and such.

      Definately go for DILD first, if you've got the dream recall it's half the work

      Most certainly DILD, especially with the kind of recall you have. It'd be easy for you
