Dreamate For the Home
I have nearly no doubt someone has posted this same thing before but here goes:
I work at circuit city. The pc repair guy locked his door by mistake tonight without having a key. We all watched him struggle to pick the lock and then attempted to break down the door. I didn't help, but I watched for a few mins. I then walked away and saw this dreamate thing on the shelf.

I didn't have much time to read the box.
No don't think about buying it for freaking $80. Its on sale this week for $20 at circuit city.
So, do you think it will help sleep at all, or help with an LD, or something. Anyone used one.

If that accomplishes exactly what they claim it does, I doubt it will help with lucid dreaming, or dreaming in general. They say that it enhances the deep periods of sleep, which are the most restful ones. REM sleep, on the other hand, is at the other end of the spectrum; it is not deep, and not particularly restful. It would seem to me that the dreamate might actually work to the detriment of the dream stages of sleep.

I am skeptical, however having my wrists massaged after a long day of typing would feel nice!

yeah the thing about deep sleep makes sense, I think i will buy one anyway though, just because i can, and i have been real tired lately.
on good note, somehow i had a ld last night what felt like right after i fell asleep at like 2:30 am. I haven't had one in weeks! I have never even tried to do a WILD right, im too busy to sleep for more than like 6 hous.
