If that accomplishes exactly what they claim it does, I doubt it will help with lucid dreaming, or dreaming in general. They say that it enhances the deep periods of sleep, which are the most restful ones. REM sleep, on the other hand, is at the other end of the spectrum; it is not deep, and not particularly restful. It would seem to me that the dreamate might actually work to the detriment of the dream stages of sleep. |
