Hello! I have a question concerning overcoming fears with Lucid Dreams. I have read that it can help with nightmares, but not so much is said about it helping overcome fears in reality.
Keep in mind, I have never been Lucid.
What I picture:
In your Lucid Dream, coming up with an exact scenario, or something that would simulate that scenario; and practicing, in your dream until in reality, it is no longer a fear of yours.
Is this possible?
