Stephen Laberge said that Astral Projection is lucid dreaming, is this true? Is Astral Projection a lucid dream? Some people said that astral projection is you shift your consciousness out of your body, my another question is, if you astral project, can you see things in real life being transparent :Dor you just exploring an astral plane? That was always pain in ass because everyone have their own opinion about that, but answer is simple. LD is when you're aware of that you're dreaming and asral projection is when you're aware of that you're out of your body. In my opinion it's just a dreaming about OOBE.
