I don't need help at the moment on recognizing that I'm dreaming while in a FA, as I catch it every time(and I remember all of them every time :thumbup:). FAs are the best kind of dream, because I don't need to use up precious time for gaining awareness. Is there a preferred(or any) technique that induces them?
Yes, SSILD induces lots of FAs, try it out, it's real easy:)
So in a SSILD, I focus on visuals, sounds, and physical sensations in 15-20 second intervals and repeat. Is that it?
hmm, inducing FA's at will.. that would be great since they are the highest quality LD's.... :D
This is called a round. First do 4-5 rounds with a few seconds intervals as warm up rounds. Then do 4-5 rounds with 20 second intervals. Did you read the tutorial? There are more details you should know:). SSILD is not for FAs only, but also is for OBE, WILD and DILD too. FA is only one thing that might happen with SSILD. It is a very handy technique!Quote:
