Return To Lucid Dreaming (Help)
So its been four days now. I've recorded a short dream or two each night and have had a really low level lucid once.
I've also found a really good dream sign that has appeared in at least one dream a night. I work at a grocery store called Wegmans (Teenage Job For The Win) and I swear I have nightly dreams. Once I get back to doing rc's I'll have a good start. Literally every night I have a wegmans dream. Like last night during one dream, I was on register during a thunderstorm, and on another night, I was in a hunger games fight there.
Now I just have one question. Even before I left lding, I never had that amazing LD moment. I never had a high level lucid. I am able to tell I am dreaming, but inside the dream, I don't understand what that means. I don't see how amazing it is. I just keep doing the nose RC (Best one ever). I just want to know how I can reach higher levels of awareness so I can have one of those profound LD experiences. Any help is appreciated.
My lucid dreams are very short.
is it a bad idea to set alarms 5-15 minutes apart all the way from 3-7am? One of my alarms woke me out of my Lucid dream :(
If so, for someone who wakes up at around 7am, what are some good alarms to help with recall and wbtb?
oh and also, I have failed to fly in every LD I have ever had :(
