Has any one had a lucid and been confined to a specific area ? I say this because last night I had a lucid dream.. I started off in a familiar place in my lucid dreams (at work) .. Usually I would walk straight through athe window.. But this time I just bounced off of it as if it was real life glass..
How do I overcome this if it happens in future lucid dreams?

It may just be a one time thing since you don't usually have any trouble with it. Just know that you've done this before and you have no trouble with it, last night was just a flook.
You can use things from tv and movies to help too, like when Harry and the others run through the barrier to get to platform 9¾. Think along the lines of "Oh, this window here has a spell on it which makes it possible to walk through"
