Lucid Dream problems.

So recently I picked up lucid dreaming again and have a few questions. 1. Why has my dream recall been so bad lately? I have been recalling every dream I remembered and take a few minutes when I wake up to recall my dreams as well. My recall has been 2 dreams a week. :( 2. Why have all my recent lds been distant? All of my lds have been very distant and fuzzy. I really dont understand why there so fuzzy so could anyone tell me a way to make the dreams more clear? Those are my 2 questions so yeah. These have been floating around my head for a while so please answer.

I guess the LDs are distant because you don't recall them well...

Try not to move much when you wake up for the day or during the night. Lay in bed for a while and try to replay the dream in your head. This really helps with recall, at first you might only recall fragments or nothing at all but as you're lying there replaying the dream more and more of it will come back. Also, try to notice when you wake up during the night. Other than being good for recall it's a good time to WILD (if you've slept enough), incubate a dream, repeat your mantra, etc.

and of course your lifestyle can influence recall. Don't do drugs, eat fruits and vegetables coz you need those vitamins (B6 for example), exercise and sports are also great, and of course try to sleep much, etc
