Here's mine:
1. I say "Stop, focus, relax" while looking around in all directions.
2. I look at my hands (or paws) and say "Clarity now, increase lucidity." repeated if necessary.
3. Use all my senses at the same time.

I say to myself "RESI" as soon as I get lucid.
I then start with Relaxing and doing some Reality checks.
Following by Enjoying the dream. Putting a smile on your face works wonders.
Then I Stabilize. I basically rub my hand and then try to notice something new for each of my senses. Some I didn't see before, or smell etc.
Finally I check my Intentions for this dream. What did I want to accomplish.
I find it's easy to incorporate thinking RESI whenever I RC during the day. Then a couple of times a day I practice what I would do if I actually got lucid. Just pretend I get lucid and follow all the steps.
I created it myself :) Though there are probably loads of similar thing out there :P
Normally I will do a couple of RCs and then say "clarity now". Also, I can look around admiring the vividness and thinking of what being in a lucid dream means. It's simple, but for me it's enough to stabilise the dream.
I stop whatever I'm doing and throw myself on the ground and then just touch everything I can and pay attention to all details in the dream, while trying to shut out my mother's call for breakfast.
Usually I just focusing on engaging my senses using whatever is available and maybe demand for stability or clarity. For whatever reason, standard stabilization techniques (looking at and rubbing hands) just wake me up.
Depends on how stable I feel the dream already is:
Very low stability / panic stabilising: spin with arms out
Mostly stable: become mindful, explore, try not to control too much, concentrate on the senses and try to forget I'm in a dream
Very stable: don't really do anything then, but if you want to do something really exciting then whatever you do don't get tunnel vision, try to keep the senses involved and feel the environment around you, I find that as soon as I concentrate too much on just one thing the dream destabilises very quickly
Also pretend you have all the time in the world, if you start thinking "oh crap I got 5 minutes of LD time max better do as much as I can" you're setting your own limit and the dream will probably end because that's what you think will happen.
I just will it and everything snaps into focus. If I'm falling out of the dream I start feelings things, rubbing my hands and using verbal commands. I summon my glasses and wear them when things are persistently blurry.
Whenever I feel the dream destabilizing, I touch the nearest thing near me and feel it. I don't examine it or anything, but the act of feeling helps ground me into the dream.
Here's my untested routine which i might in future do after entering a dream:
1. Tell myself i'm dreaming mindfully yet in calm manner
2. Look around the enviornment for about thrity seconds
3. Stare at hand focusfully for 15 seconds while telling myself every 3 sec that i'm dremaing
4. Let The Fun Begin :nytacodance:
