Lucid Dream Goal:
A perfect week!
One week with at least 1 Lucid Dream in every night.
Normally I will do a couple of RCs and then say "clarity now". Also, I can look around admiring the vividness and thinking of what being in a lucid dream means. It's simple, but for me it's enough to stabilise the dream. |

"If you must sleep a third of your life, why should you sleep through your dreams?"
Stephen LaBerge
I stop whatever I'm doing and throw myself on the ground and then just touch everything I can and pay attention to all details in the dream, while trying to shut out my mother's call for breakfast. |

Usually I just focusing on engaging my senses using whatever is available and maybe demand for stability or clarity. For whatever reason, standard stabilization techniques (looking at and rubbing hands) just wake me up. |
|
Depends on how stable I feel the dream already is: |
|
I just will it and everything snaps into focus. If I'm falling out of the dream I start feelings things, rubbing my hands and using verbal commands. I summon my glasses and wear them when things are persistently blurry. |
|
Whenever I feel the dream destabilizing, I touch the nearest thing near me and feel it. I don't examine it or anything, but the act of feeling helps ground me into the dream. |

Here's my untested routine which i might in future do after entering a dream: |
