Need some help with All day awerness(ADA)
2 days ago i saw KingYoshi's tutorial on ADA, where he basically says to be aware of everything that most people just ignore during the day. Yesterday i was doing it
5-10min every 1 hour just to make it a habit faster. But i don't really know what to be aware of. I sit down become aware of myself and become in the moment, i notice everything around me and on me like: Food, drinks, table, i sense my clothes, temperature, and everything that affects me but it seems i am missing something. So i would like if someone could give me more ideas what should i be aware of. And during that time i do reality check and i ask myself am i dreaming or not.
