My lucid dreaming diary
Alright gang, I recently decided to endeavor in the world of lucid dreaming. I'm going to be recording my every day techniques, as well as events that happen (such as having a lucid dream, or semi-lucid dream.). Feel free to leave tips for me. Since its the end of my first day, I'll put the information here:
Reality checks: 48. Meditation time: 12 minutes. Took B6 supplement. Drank apple juice.
About to head to bed, I'll wait an hour before sleeping so the screen time wont interrupt my sleep. I'll log anything that happens. Wish me luck!

Don't forget to try to do reality checks while you're dreaming as well. It seems like many beginners will do many reality checks during the day but don't won't try to do any at night while sleeping or dreaming because they think it will be automatic, which it isn't.
It's harder to remember to do a reality check while dreaming than while awake, so you should put in more effort in remembering to do them at night than you do during the day.
