Supplement momentum on Lucid Dreaming over time

I have read some articles in the past that mentioned that experiencing lucid dreams can alter the brain chemistry that makes it more likely to experience a lucid dream regardless of Reality checks and dream journals. For the last few months I have been taking batch supplements for lucid dreaming to the point where I do almost no reality checks and dream journal entries with exceptions for lucid dream days. I am still able to write several paragraphs of dream recall most likely due to the supplements. I am also trying to reduce the use of supplements as I am trying to experience natural lucid dreams overnight without doing a WBTB. Don't get me wrong the supplements work great and over time I was able to sort of "cheat" on lucid dream induction so I can work on building focus, dream control, and awareness. Every attempt day that I perform a WBTB I almost guarantee a 95% chance of lucid dreaming for several hours. For anyone interested these are my supplement intakes over a monthly cycle:

This cycle has produced a high rate of lucid dreams as I mentioned around 95% chance. The problem is I want to eventually rely on little to no supplements to induce lucid dreams, and I really dislike doing the WBTB every other day. I wanted advice from anyone else who has tried lucid dreaming with supplements and quit and carried over the momentum of lucid dream experience to naturally lucid dreaming with continuation of Reality checks and journal entries of course, to see if the brain chemistry concept is actually true.

Yuschak recommends not taking galantamine more frequently than once every 4 days unless you're also dosing with piracetam soon after waking in the morning.

+1, you do it two often.
Even with piracetam I wouldn't go more often than twice a week and would do some off periods, not only because it can induce G-tolerance but also cause you are not sure of the very long term effect.

Yeah that was partially the reason of why I wanted to slowly reduce it and stop, but I avoid the tolerance by doing this routine for the last few months since it throws off my system. I've developed an addiction to lucid dream induction this way because it involves minimal effort and I get to work on basic lucid dreaming skills without worrying of nightly misfires. The question though was if I were to stop using supplements over a course of time, will my brain chemistry remain changed (In regards to proneness of naturally lucid dreaming) and the transition between supplement reduction and Reality check / Dream journal upkeep carry over? If any of you have similar experiences.

I had a very high success rate on my wild attempts with g+ch+a-gpc and piracetam (also tried the other stuffs like you did) but when I tried naturally I barely had any succes.
My goal was to get better at WILD with sups then doing it naturally once I get the hang of it, but unfortunately my ability was pretty related to the use of supps, so finally I stopped ( stopped trying to have LD indeed).
So I don't think any permanent brain modificatification to LD easier will occure.
But it's a good thing to keep/gain back motivation and if I come back to lucid dreaming I probably will use it again to get back the motivation.

I'm surprised that you can have consistent results without waiting 3-4 days for G to leave your body.

I would like to ask you about wbtb's how long are they, what do you do or eat and when you perform them?

About piracetam, I don't recommend to take it, because I don't actually believe that it decreases G desensitization. Yuschak's description is logic and nice, but I don't think that works just simple as that.

One thing I can recommend is to add some panthotenic acid (b5) taking with Galantamine.

I once read an article on piracetam, I forgot where I found it and it listed some side effects with cognition and bodybuilding that I decided not to even risk taking it, but yeah doing those slight adjustments on the attempts really helps the outcome of lucid dreaming. The only combination I would advise to be cautious about is the one I marked because some of the few times I attempted it, it sent me in a strong lucid dream that was hyper-realistic but then started to become surreal and distorted, when I tried to leave the dream I experienced what felt like an endless chain of false awakenings until I lost lucidity. When it hit well I had adept awareness, focus, and control but this isn't great if you want to perform unrealistic events as it creates a hyper-realistic environment.

My WBTBs range from 20-50 minutes where I ignore lucid dreaming for the large portion of the time reading articles, walking around observing my house in the morning (I do them around 7AM and have blackout curtains) I turn on some rather bright lights they don't affect me counter-productively on falling back asleep, and I don't eat anything. I head back to bed when I believe my mind is almost completely unclouded and I can think straight. The final 5-10 minutes of going back to sleep I read my journal entries on what I have to work on when I enter the lucid dream such as dream control, focus, calling morpheus(dream guide); this could be another factor of why my chances are high, I assume I'm going to enter a lucid dream as a given and my mind may respond in accordance.

Other than that yeah, I started attempting lucid dreaming just last July, I have tended to only do journal entries on nights that I have been successful and can write paragraphs of recall most likely due to the supplements, and I try to keep up with reality checks but end up only doing a couple a day. At some point I also did "All Day Awareness" and use to do it often but now I do it combined with the few reality checks I perform. Like I mentioned I am trying to switch it over for when I become skilled at dream control, awareness, and focus I want to completely stop using supplements and do it naturally, but until then I don't want to deal with the nightly misfires of performing MILDs.
