Hi there. I've been getting into MILD lately after reading laberges books.I did the challenges for a week and was able to get them all the time and have started to try MILD. I have no LDs yet but my dream recall is better and my dreams do feel more vivid. However,when doing MILD, what do you do when your mind wanders and should the mantra be the last thing on you're mind? As well, even if I have no LD's yet, should I keep trying MILD to be consistent?
