Prospective Memory Calendar
Hey everyone, I haven't posted here but have read a lot of the threads, and I think I have something that will be useful to everyone. Posted on reddit initially, just gonna copy/paste that thread. Enjoy!

Hey guys, you may know me from the Daily Immersion Thread that I run. One of the features of my daily thread is the Prospective Memory section. I would post four targets each day for me and my readers to try to 'hit' their targets later in the day and perform a reality check.
If you are not familiar with the four target exercise, read this
thread on DreamViews.
Basically, Stephen LaBerge states that prospective memory is extremely important for lucid dreaming, especially when using MILD. This exercise was first introduced in his book, Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.
The way I was presenting the targets each day did not work out for all my readers, ie sometimes I would post late, when ideally you read these targets first thing when you wake up. So I knew I needed to make a long list that spans at least a week, with all the targets for each day.
Without further ado,
Here is the Prospective Memory Calendar:

Feel free to share the link with everyone. The calendar is currently updated for the next 5 weeks. Also, I'm always looking for more targets to add to my
spreadsheet, so I don't have to recycle targets as often. If you have good targets or found a good list, PM me.
Thanks for reading. I highly recommend going tryhard on this exercise, and recording your results. A good place to report your results and other thoughts on prospective memory is the Daily Immersion Thread.
