Changing location?
I’m enjoying success these days with finding the characters I seek in a lucid dream (very helpful when interviewing the characters in my books), but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on changing location? The most effective method I’m using is diving through a window, with the expectation of the new location often making it so - but are there any other strategies that people have used?
Also, I haven’t found much of a LD community on Twitter. Is there a Twitter community I’m missing out on?

Hi benjhenry,
I recently started a thread about the same topic not so long ago. There’s some good tips and advice if you read through. I’ve attached the link below.

I do a similar run through walls method to change location which is quite effective.

Definitely check out that thread. Lots of advice given. Try convincing yourself that it makes sense for the location to be nearby. Make up some story to put it all in order. Examples: every one knows the park is right next to the mall, the Statue of Liberty is with in sight of this building, and that this actually was Mars all along. You were just inside a dome that has your house in it, go that way and you can exit the dome onto the surface of Mars. Remember how beautiful the sky is out there?

Tiktaalik - thanks for pointing me in the direction of that topic. Some really interesting ideas, including the use of mirrors. I might give that one a try first! Thanks!
Sivason - I found your comments on the thread that Tiktaalik shared really helpful, particularly the line, 'Go through the image of the door knowing...' - it's all about that knowing isn't it - that confidence. I can see how you make your dreams work for you, with conviction. Thanks!
