Etremely Weird Phenomenon: Dream personality switch
Wow, I had one of my weirdest dream/waking phenomenons a couple weeks ago. I had woken up from a dream, and was in the half in/ half out stage that happens sometimes, and also I had opened my eyes a couple times in this extremely gradual wake-up. This in itself is weird but not all that uncommon. However I was a different person in the dream.
I had been some female character in the dream (the first time this had happened). I had woken up from the dream, opened my eyes, stared at my couch and continued to think in the consciousness of the DC I had been. Then, half way through the train of thought (still with my eyes open) I "woke up" and shifted consciousness from my DC personality back to my own.
It was quite possibly the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. The change itself I can only describe as a kind of downshift, or grounding, of my mental process. But then again the feeling was basically undescribable. I had been in my body, awake, thinking with the mind of a DC, then changed back to myself in a split second transition.

What happened here was that you received a Memory Module from some female Spirit who wanted you to have a glimpse of her experiences. Certainly when you 'play back' another person's memory, it will seem as though you are having a First Person experience from the viewpoint of another person.
It is this receiving of Memory Gifts from other souls that the confusion resulted that supposes the idea of Transmigration of Souls and Reincarnation. One has a Memory of being another person, and instead of supposing that it was simply a memory provided by another discrete soul, the outrageous assumption is entertained that one had actually been this person in a 'past life'.
Sometimes I think that people are more the same then they are different, and given similar circumstances, the feelings and thought processes that arise following our experiences are not too awfully different from one person to the next. So it may be that many of our Dreams may simply be Memory Modules which are a gift from certain Sympathetic Souls who want to share something of themselves with us. It is possible to go through entire dreams without knowing that we are somebody else, as we need to reflect that it is not very often that we see ourselves in a mirror during our dreams. Indeed, one time I did notice myself in a mirror during a dream (well, actually a very reflective glass door) and I saw that instead of being this Old Man that I am, I was a svelte yound lady. I had been in this dream for quite a few minutes and had no sense at all that I was anything different than my ordinary self.
