(MOST EFFECTIVE) After doing s'thing go back to bed and I always have a vivid lucid experience, I believe that you mind thinks it still awake but you are sleeping which induces lucidity, rather than waking up and going back to sleep, performing a tasks sort of gets your gears in motion, for example by me getting out of bed to move my car to the next parking spot always works because it only takes me 2-3minutes or less to do, and doesn’t make me wake up enough where I’m still tired. While my mind thinks I’m going to drive somewhere, I always have a lucid dream starting with me driving my car, always works, try it sometime.
