Ealier today when I came home from scool, I was tired and decided to try a WILD. I was laying with my hands behind my head (yeah really compftable!!??!), and I felt more and more sleepy. I began hearing strange sounds and seeing the hypnogo#¿ß¢ imagery thing and began feeling numb in my left hand. Cool I thought Sleep Paralysis. Nice. I began feeling sort of numb in the rest of my body and nearly fell asleep when I was awoken by a truck outside my house! I then tried to move my hand. I didn't feel anything in my hand, but I felt the fingers on my head. I opened up my eyes just to find out that the paralysis was caused by a disturbing in my blood circulation! It was pretty scary to be able to move the fingers and not being able to feel anything.
Your probably thinking now that this is an exagerration, but when im in Deep Relaxation I can't keep track of the time. I found out that I had been laying in that position for one and a half hour, and it was only by coincidence that the truck woke me up!!
