Ealier today when I came home from scool, I was tired and decided to try a WILD. I was laying with my hands behind my head (yeah really compftable!!??&#33, and I felt more and more sleepy. I began hearing strange sounds and seeing the hypnogo#¿ß¢ imagery thing and began feeling numb in my left hand. Cool I thought Sleep Paralysis. Nice. I began feeling sort of numb in the rest of my body and nearly fell asleep when I was awoken by a truck outside my house! I then tried to move my hand. I didn't feel anything in my hand, but I felt the fingers on my head. I opened up my eyes just to find out that the paralysis was caused by a disturbing in my blood circulation! It was pretty scary to be able to move the fingers and not being able to feel anything.
Your probably thinking now that this is an exagerration, but when im in Deep Relaxation I can't keep track of the time. I found out that I had been laying in that position for one and a half hour, and it was only by coincidence that the truck woke me up!!

Your hand must have been very tired probably from writing all day long at school, lol. Why did you wake it up then? It was unfair on your side...
      I'm tired being sorry.

Lol, but that's interesting. It must have been strange to move it without feeling, though.

Yah, I think your hand was just really tired and sorta-er, what term could i use? Went numb to feeling? Something like that.

Oh I know just what you mean. . . I've woken up a couple times after having been sleeping on my arm for god knows how long and it's SOOO weird. There's no feeling in your hand and it's like touching something dead. THEN it starts to wake back up after a couple minutes and if there is anything less comfortable on this planet I don't know of it.

To my understanding, this is very common. When in deep relaxation, such as a WILD attempt, one does not notice the passage of time the same as if one was awake. I've had this sensation myself a few times.

Meh, My way to get it to wear of faster involves whacking it on something hard, putingit somewhere warm then biting it to see if its waking up. If not repeat =D

It took about 10 minutes to wake it up completely. I tried playing piano... Didn't go too well.
It did learn me to be mindfull of my position when I try it out next time
