Hey everyone, recently whenever i become lucid my vision leaves me and i have a false awakening (and often have sleep paralysis in my dream?). this isnt that bad because ill just do a reality check and know im still dreaming but it would be nice to stay in my dreams when they are interesting and not just start out in my room because i dont have enough control to teleport or change dream scenery.

Well what time do ya go to sleep? usually if you go to sleep earlier thats like a recipe for a deeper dream. Even sometimes my alarm clock doesent even wake me up. Well IMO the earlier to sleep the deeper the sleep the better the dream. (More lucidity)

Really, are you sure? I thought that if you sleep too deeply, you will become less aware, thus less likely to have a lucid dream.

i got to sleep at around twelve and aim for wbtb around 6 but sometimes my autosuggestion is off a little because i dont really think too hard on it

No actually the deeper the better for me. I mean i even tried waking myself up from my own dream I could not even wake up. I went to sleep early that day.

first off i wouldn't rush to changing your dream scenery just yet. that seems to be a pretty difficult things to achieve.

i would use some lucidity increasing techniques when you feel yourself to fade. here are a few:

rub your hands together
spin around with your eyes closed
shout out: "increase lucidity!" or something similar (i tried this personally, and it worked)

thats all i can think of right off the spot. i'm sure if you ask someone they will have plenty more for your to choose from. good luck next time :content:

Well try to relax like alot of people say. Thats what i do i really try to concentrate and i looke around really slowly. And i try to grip on the dream and focus. As i do that it becomes easeir to do things. Dont try to do crazy things.... it wont wake you up immidiatly but it could. Thats just my opinion though.
