Ill jump straight into it. Woke up this morning parched from some heavy drinking last night. Went out to buy some water and came back to sleep. I had 2-3 LDS. Does this count as a WILD because I was awake for over an hour before going to sleep. How does alcohol effect dream recollection?
Also, I was talking with someone that I had never talked with before. And for some reason I knew I was dreaming so I asked him. "whats your uncles name" just to test if he was indeed real. He hesitantly but quickly replied "Tom". Then I proceeded to tell them that he was insecure about talking to me because I knew he wasnt real. He looked at me distraught. Kinda like in Vanilla Sky i guess. Then I faded into conciousness even tho I did not want to. My question is how I can make these LDs last longer? And for those of you that have had experiences like this, what are some cool things to ask and talk about? Cause essentially you are talking to your subconcious right?
I was thinking
Whats the meaning of life?
How do you view yourself?
Sing something to me.
Draw me something.
EDIT: Random question. Is it true that lucid dreaming drains the brain of serotonin?
Any input is appreciated.
