Sometimes at night when I am trying to get to sleep my stomach gets these weird butterflies all over and it really tickles. This is really annoying because I have a hard time falling asleep. I noticed it happens more when I'm lying on my back but it also remains if I turn on my side. I have tried to meditate and focus on the feeling going away but it doesn't work..:( I have to let my mind wander and eventually I fall asleep...which sucks because WILD is out of the question :/
Anyone else have a similar problem? Perhaps a solution?
This happens every once in awhile, I just don't get it.

So you have not been able to tie it to an event that has occurred during the day?
It might be interesting to keep a journal to see if you can identify the root cause. It could be anxiety based, or some physical activity you did that day. Could be related to something you ate....

I don't think it's anxiety based because they seem to happen at random, and I haven't been stressed or upset about anything recently. I will have to record them in my journal when they do appear and look for a pattern :? .
