Sometimes at night when I am trying to get to sleep my stomach gets these weird butterflies all over and it really tickles. This is really annoying because I have a hard time falling asleep. I noticed it happens more when I'm lying on my back but it also remains if I turn on my side. I have tried to meditate and focus on the feeling going away but it doesn't work.. I have to let my mind wander and eventually I fall asleep...which sucks because WILD is out of the question :/

Anyone else have a similar problem? Perhaps a solution?

This happens every once in awhile, I just don't get it.

So you have not been able to tie it to an event that has occurred during the day?

It might be interesting to keep a journal to see if you can identify the root cause. It could be anxiety based, or some physical activity you did that day. Could be related to something you ate....
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I don't think it's anxiety based because they seem to happen at random, and I haven't been stressed or upset about anything recently. I will have to record them in my journal when they do appear and look for a pattern .
