Hi Chaps.
I have been trying to do WBTB technique, using WILD after being awake for an hour, which i have read is optimal time.
I seem to be struggling to actually fall asleep again (while trying to WILD), and this morning i just lay in the same spot for an hour.
I think i was very close to LD'ing, but just couldn't quite get there.
Tonight im gonna try just getting up for a minute and then WILD'ing.
Anyone have any advice?
Eventually i decided to just try to get a few extra hours of regular sleep, and ended up having some pretty vivid dreams, and then a false awakening.

I would try only staying awake 25 to 30 minutes instead of the full hour. I don't know if the sun is already coming up when you first wake up and try to go back to sleep, but i have found that the darker it is when i lay back down in bed, the better. i think that an hour is too long
