I have WILD's once in a while but it is usually by mistake. I will wake up after around 30-60 minutes of sleep and try to go back to sleep and have a WILD by mistake. They seem to suck a lot of energy out of me and often make me tired although I am not trying to have them. So I usually try to stop it from happening so that I can go back to sleep.
The strange part is that as I lay back down to try and sleep normally I will go back into the transition phase and start to tingle and hear voices. The only way to make it go away is usually to wake up fully and have a glass of water. Does anyone know why this would happen?

you taking any medication? I'm taking anti depressants and when I wake up , for about 10-20 minutes after, if I lay down or jsut stay very relaxed and still I will start to see hypnagogic imagery and even with my eyes open I will hallucinate slightly. This is msot likely due to anti-depressants since it never happened before I started taking them and stop when I tried to get off them for a while. I started taking them again and now it happens again.
If you aren't taking anything I don't know what would cause it. But anyway I would advice you to use it to your advantage to achieve a WILD. I will try to do this also, for some reason I never thought about using it to wild before.

no I dont take anything but one-a-day's. I found a way to make it stop is to wake all the way up, take a drink of water and then go back to bed. its pretty random but it works to make them go away when I want to.
